Thecha

Initialy it may sound wierd that only green chillies are used for the recipe. Guess the spice level of this dish loaded with only chilly and garlic? Yes, its very hot and spicy dish.

At the same time its loved by all in my family.

The ‘farmers food’ as they call it when it couples up with bhakri an raw onion.

It is basically green chilli chutney with a coarse texture.

Don’t worry much the green colour is added to it from corrinader leaves too.

Mirchi thecha required only few basic ingredients and is prepared in very less time. We can also use this mirchi thecha as a side dish.

The mirchi thecha is best enjoyed with bhakri.

The bhakri-zunka thecha forms a awesome delicious trio.
